一、课程性质与设置目的要求

（一）课程性质

《民航乘务英语》是浙江省高等教育自学考试空中乘务专业（专科）学生必修课程。空中乘务专业培养适应社会主义市场经济发展需要，德、智、体、美全面发展，具有优势职业品质并掌握一定专业基础理论知识和航空乘务基本技能，面向航空服务及现代高端服务业从事服务第一线岗位工作的高素质技能型人才。《民航乘务英语》正是基于专业培养目标，以目标职业岗位能力需求和语言要求而设置的一门专业课程。

（二）课程设置目的要求

开设本门课程，我们要求培养学生具有较强的英语听、说能力，培养学生具有良好的应辨能力和创新能力，让学生掌握基本的英语知识，特别是机上服务对话，全面掌握机上服务过程中发生的相关英语知识对话、专业术语，以及培养学生具有较强的沟通能力以及管理能力等该行业所需的综合职业能力，达到空中乘务专业专科生专业英语的水平。

二、考核内容及考核要求

第1单元 客舱乘务员的基本素质

（Unit 1  Cabin Attendants’ Qualifications）

（一）学习目标和要求

通过本章节的学习，熟悉有关乘务人员的专业术语，了解文章1-3段落大意及主旨，乘务人员应具备的职业形象及职业资格，专业素质，掌握重要句子的中文意思。

（二）课程内容

1、掌握专业术语（proper nouns & terms ）

1）空中乘务员与乘客进行面对面的交往。

通过本章节的学习，熟悉航前准备中的专业术语，了解文章4-5段落大意及主旨，航班直接准备阶段乘务员所应做的各项检查工作，掌握重要句子的中文意思。

（二）课程内容

1、掌握专业术语（proper nouns & terms ）

2、文章段落4-5(“During the briefing …latched properly.”)

3、翻译文中重要句子（英翻中）

1）乘务长给我们分配责任区域。

2）救生衣储存在座位底下，杂志就在椅背的袋子中。

3）请把舱顶行李箱锁好。

（二）课程内容

1）在椅背的袋子中你可以找到安全手册和杂志。

2）随身行李不得超过规定重量。

Sales of liquor and tobacco have traditionally formed the core of the duty free market, and until recently their combined sales accounted for more than 50 percent of total sales. However while liquor and tobacco sales have continued to grow in volume, their market share has changed with the introduction of a wider choice of products. Fragrances and cosmetics, and especially sweets and chocolates are now of major importance.
